Hi I'm Bobby, and I live in Corpus Christi Texas!
Throughout my time living here I have been able to explore various attractions and have been able to try new foods. Come along with me on this amazing food journey.

Corpus Christi also known as the Sparkling City by the Sea, with an abundance of fun activities to do and places to see, and amazing sceneries. Traveling to Corpus Christ? check out some of these hot spots.
The Corpus Christi Marina, located in the heart of Downtown Corpus Christi. The sparkling city by the sea not only has great scenery but great food. Here are some of my favorite eats.

Heaster's, Cheesy B.E.A.T & a Heasters Latte
Heasters is one of Corpus Christi's local hot spots for all things breakfast, sweet treats, and great coffee. With three locations to choose from they all have one thing in common, great food, amazing customer service, and did I mention the great food? The Cheesy B.E.A.T is one of my favorite dishes to get. The brunch favorite has a sourdough slice of bread as the base topped with apple smoked bacon, scrabbled eggs, tomatoes, avocado slices and a cheese sauce. This dish pairs nicely with their signature Heaster's latte.

Shoreline Sandwich Company, Pulled Pork Sandwich & a fresh squeezed limeade
Another Corpus Christi hot spot is the Shoreline Sandwich company, a family owned business located in the downtown area, truly one of the cities best kept secret. One of the lunch favorites is the pulled pork sandwich. A cheddar jalapeƱo cornbread cradles the house smoked pork until it is nice and tender, a slice of pepper jack cheese, topped with a house made creamy coleslaw and a citrus bourbon bbq sauce, served with home made chips and my personal fave the fresh squeezed limeade.

Yoshi Zushi and Japanese Cuisine, Corpus Christi Roll
Now sushi may not be for everyone, but everyone should at least give sushi a try. Yoshi is one of many of Corpus Christi's sushi hot spots. The ambiance of the restaurant captures the eye of the customer. With a clear view of the sushi counter one can see what it takes to make a perfect sushi roll. The Corpus Christi is just one of the many rolls on the menu, this tempura fried roll is a great start roll for the newbie sushi eater. This mouth water roll takes the flavors of crab, avocado and cream cheese to a new level. The roll is then topped with eel sauce and spice mayo, flavors you just cannot resist.
